We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides customers with rights to a replacement or refund for faulty or misrepresented goods.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

Because items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

5. Timeframe to Report Issues
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.
