At Saint Apparel, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party partner Printful.
We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides customers with rights to a replacement or refund for faulty or misrepresented goods.

This policy explains when refunds, replacements, or exchanges are available and how to request them.

2. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure (e.g. faulty, unsafe, significantly different from description), and

  • a repair or replacement for a minor failure.

These rights apply regardless of any other policy terms.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size selection

  • incorrect address provided at checkout

  • ordering the wrong item or design

Please carefully check sizing charts and order details before placing your order.

4. When We Will Replace or Refund

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • the print quality is defective or flawed

  • you receive the wrong item or design

  • the product is significantly different from what was ordered

5. Timeframe to Report Issues

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.

6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a clear photo of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item)

  • a brief description of the problem

We will review your request and, if approved, coordinate with Printful to process a replacement or refund.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit:

  • we will work with the carrier and Printful to investigate

If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and the item is lost or returned:

  • we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement

  • additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item

10. Returns (If Approved)

In rare cases where a return is required:

  • we will provide return instructions

  • returned items must be unused and in original condition

Do not send returns without contacting us first.

11. Sale & Promotional Items

Unless faulty or defective under ACL, sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
