Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

Saint Apparel ships within Australia only.
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful.

This means each item is produced after you place your order, rather than shipped from pre-held stock.

2. Fulfilment Time

  • Production time: 2–7 business days (average)
    This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.

Production times may be longer during:

  • sales or product drops

  • public holidays

  • peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, EOFY)

3. Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Express shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • item type and weight

  • shipping method selected

  • delivery location

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • delivery delays may occur

  • additional shipping fees may apply

  • we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the item is lost or returned

7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender due to:

  • incorrect address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal to accept delivery

We may contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is:

  • lost in transit, or

  • arrives damaged

Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at:

  • photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may be:

  • shipped together, or

  • shipped separately (depending on fulfilment location and availability)

If shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

10. Public Holidays & Delays

Deliveries may be delayed during:

  • Australian public holidays

  • extreme weather events

  • carrier disruptions

Saint Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

11. Customs & Duties

As we currently ship within Australia only, no international customs duties or import taxes apply.
