These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Eligibility

To use our website and make purchases, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian

  • provide accurate and complete information during checkout

  • use a valid and authorised payment method

Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However:

  • colours may vary depending on your screen settings

  • measurements and sizing are approximate

  • all products are made to order and may have minor variations

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

  • Prices include GST where applicable

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected

Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirms we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance.

Your order is accepted when your items are dispatched by our fulfilment partner, Printful.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • there is a pricing or product error

  • the item is unavailable

  • we suspect fraudulent activity

  • provided information is incorrect

If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Wix and third-party providers such as:

  • credit/debit card services

  • PayPal

  • Afterpay

  • Wix Payments

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Fulfilment & Shipping

  • All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful

  • We currently ship within Australia only

  • Production time is typically 2–7 business days, followed by delivery time depending on your location and carrier

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for:

  • major product failures

  • unsafe or faulty goods

  • products that are significantly different from their description

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply, and a refund is not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of Saint Apparel unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes

  • interfere with website functionality or security

  • attempt to access data or systems without authorisation

  • submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

  • fulfilment (Printful)

  • shipping carriers

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or system outages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland unless otherwise required by law.
